Jan 1, 2011, what a way to start the NEW Year! On the flight from Oakland to Maui, I finished reading "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl and Kathryn listened to Tony Robbins "Creating Lasting Change" and Barbara DeAngelis. It is going to be an AWESOME year! We both have a commitment to becoming even more Fit and Healthy and to sharing what we learn.
